Essential Oils for Anxiety Aromatherapy Recipes

Essential oils to use: Lavender, Chamomile or Ylang Ylang

Scent balls
Add 3 drops of essential oils used to treat anxiety like Lavender, Chamomile or Ylang Ylang to a cotton ball and sniff it to inhale the scent whenever you begin to feel anxious.

Aromatherapy baths
Create a soothing bath by dispersing 12 drops of essential oils in your warm bath water.

Body massage oil
Add 20 drops of essential oils to 100ml of rice bran oil or jojoba oil to make a massage oil. Use it for whole body massages or foot massages.

Room scent
Add 10 drops of essential oils to 60 mls of water and place in an oil warmer. Let the oil scent scatter the room.
