[ u can find them in all juice store but be careful, make sure u dont add milk or ask them no syrub unless dark sugar and honey]

Asian Dark Sugar with avocado

I never like the thought of avocado juice, until I went to Geyland Bahru there are two fruit store selling this juice. I request without milk.

One mix avocado with brown sugar syrub : HEAVENLY just like chendol amazing yummy: $2.50
One mix avocado with Honey: Errrr , not bad... I prefer brown sugar.  $2.50

Well u can buy one, halve it and add water in blender DIY, add as much water u want , with honey too or dark sugar syrub.

This is a wonderful juice to drink in time of face haggard or poor digestion in lunch. Or skin lost of shine.

If you drink this juice in evening ( do it before 7pm less ice). Than at night do a face and eye mask (www.omhealth.com) ; U will wake up with radiant skin. Or u detox ur body skin with sandalwood powder.... U will feel great.

Even though some people turn their noses up at avocados because they are considered "high in fat," the truth is that, since they contain over 20 essential vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, they are one of the healthiest foods on the planet.

What I want to share is that Avocado is really good for Singaporeans. Because we always have digestive problems, 3 cup a week is good enough. It contains both insoluble and soluble fiber; that alone makes it very powerful, since not many foods can brag about containing both kinds of fiber.

Insoluble fiber is great at cleaning out your bowels by way of increasingly efficient bowel movements. Not only will you stand a lesser chance of getting constipated, but you also will reduce your chance of getting colorectal cancer, since your colon will be cleaned out effectively.

Soluble fiber is great for appetite control. It has the effect of making you feel full, because it turns into a gel that sits in your stomach for a while when it comes into contact with water.

Here's a breakdown of the nutrition in an avocado:

Vitamin C
Not surprisingly, avocados are high in vitamin C, an essential antioxidant that is important for our immune system, lowers blood pressure, protects against colds, ensures proper dilation of blood vessels, fights cataracts, and much more. One medium avocado contains 20% DV of vitamin C.

Vitamin E
Avocados are a great source of Vitamin E, which prevents cancer, has skin protective and anti-aging benefits, is an anti-inflammatory, boosts the metabolism, and may protect the brain from degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's. For this reason, avocado isn't just good for you when eaten but can also be rubbed directly on the skin to moisturize and replenish it.

Fiber
Avocados contain a lot of fiber, which helps to regulate the colon and keeps the digestive system functioning correctly. One medium avocado has 10 grams of fiber.

B6
They are rich in B6, which is essential for normal cellular growth. It's also essential for processing carbohydrates, maintenance of healthy lymphoid glands, nervous system function, synthesis of serotonin and melatonin, the production of hemoglobin, and sulfur and methyl metabolism. In addition, B6 is a powerful anti-inflammatory.
